I bring over a decade of experience working with adults, young adults, and children, providing training in life skills, counselling, and educational support. Currently, I specialize in training young adults on a wide range of topics, offering practical guidance in counseling and psychology. My work was recognized while serving in several camps as a volunteer counsellor with the Ministry of State for Special Programs during Kenya’s 2007/2008 post-election violence and the Southern Sudan unrest in 2013. My experience in supporting internally displaced persons exposed me to various counselling roles and also offering personal therapy. In addition to my practical expertise, I am open to learning new things and was awarded a trophy in farming because of my involvement in community activities in 2015. I am deeply interested in research. My academic work includes a thesis focused on the mental health and healthcare needs of burn patients, underscoring my commitment to advancing knowledge in this critical area.
