I am a seasoned educator with more than 10 years working and interacting with high school students both in the international and national schools. During this period, I have experienced the dilemma that most students have when it comes to making an informed decision on the choice of subjects and even deciding which careers best suit them. As a certified career analyst, I aim to equip students with the tools they need so that they can navigate their career decisions with confidence and have a much greater impact in their respective fields. To ensure that my clients succeed, I provide a free 30 minutes pre-counselling session to analyze the need and offer a debrief on the next step. This is followed by Psychometric testing that help my clients shortlist their possible careers out of 160+ career paths and 3,000+ occupations. I also provide comprehensive career counselling sessions to help them understand the demands and expectations of each suitable career recommended to them and work towards finding their best fit.

As a parent, you always want what's best for your child and most of the times we push our own dreams to our children and they end up getting stuck with a career they didn't choose. Patricia was a huge blessing to my niece Daffine as she got good grades to secure placement for university but she was not clear/unsure of the career path to take. Patricia took off that weight of guidance from us by professionally guiding and leading Daffine to her career options which aligned with her passion, personality and her areas of strengths. This has opened a new horizon for Daffine as she won't be stuck with a career based on her parents dreams for her but rather on her giftings which will give her a sense of purpose as she evolves into a professional woman. I must commend Patricia for her methodology she uses in guiding and opening this world of possibilities to our children. She's extremely resourceful and passionate in what she does. The warmth and Grace in her persona breaks all barriers and allows one to freely open up and engage. She's a good listener. My niece thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and we hope that this is just the beginning for the many engagements she'll have with Patricia until she achieves her goals. I am grateful to God for making my path meet with Patricia. The sessions were an eye opener for my daughter and I. Patricia is very professional at the same time very friendly creating an open environment for further consultation. The unique approach of the sessions, linking personality to areas that a student feels attracted to and the available opportunities out there, gives student an insight to self discovery as well as sharpening ones skills.
